BY ACCESSING OR USING Qrar.io YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE FULL AUTHORITY TO ACT TO BIND YOURSELF, ANY THIRD PARTY, COMPANY, OR LEGAL ENTITY, AND THAT YOUR USE AND/OR INTERACTION, AS WELL AS CONTINUING TO USE OR INTERACT, WITH THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR HAVING READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS OF USE AS WELL AS OTHER AGREEMENTS THAT WE MAY POST ON THE SITE.
BY VIEWING, VISITING, USING, OR INTERACTING WITH Qrar.io OR WITH ANY BANNER, POP-UP, OR ADVERTISING THAT APPEARS ON IT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS TERMS OF USE POLICY AND THE PRIVACY POLICY OF Qrar.io.
Qrar.io SPECIFICALLY DENIES ACCESS TO ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT IS COVERED BY THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA) OF 1998.
Qrar.io RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO ANY PERSON OR VIEWER FOR ANY LAWFUL REASON. UNDER THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH YOU ACCEPT AS A CONDITION FOR VIEWING, Qrar.io IS ALLOWED TO COLLECT AND STORE DATA AND INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXCLUSION AND FOR MANY OTHER USES.

Service

Qrar offers a set of web and hardware applications to help you connect different data sources to data visualization and Business Intelligence tools like Google Looker Studio. 

Qrar offers connectors. The connectors are web applications that bring data from different applications APIs or sources to visualize them on different platforms. 

Qrar is constantly upgrading and launching new products; offers and features may change over time. 

Payments

You may get charged for using specific features of our service, either a one-time payment or a subscription. 

Qrar website makes use of third parties as payment gateways like Stripe, and Fawaterk. When you purchase a service on our website, you agree for these payment processors to charge the credit card identified by you (which you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use). 

You won’t be charged more than what the Qrar website describes for each offer. However, Qrar is not accountable or responsible for additional fees third parties may charge, nor additional related taxes. 

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days since you make your first purchase. After a request that you can submit to the email described in the offers, you can request and get your refund from 24 hours to within 5 business days — depending on restrictions or regulations of the receiving bank. 
We do not refund after the first payment is made. 
The only exceptions are if your service and experience are directly affected by a malfunction of Qrar Metrics services and features. However, Qrar is not responsible for malfunctions from the data provider end, like Facebook API, Google Data, and other software solutions that Porter uses to connect and retrieve data. 

Content Policy

Qrar is not responsible for the content of the service’s users. You, as a user, expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.
You may not create content (or type queries) that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, and, in general, objectionable.

Examples of objectionable, thus prohibited, content include, but are not limited to, the following:
Defamatory, derogatory, or discriminatory content or messages towards any community or group of people, regardless of age, gender, political affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, etc.

Harassing content intended to bully an individual or group of people.

Political content: do not create or promote content intended to influence political processes or campaigns.

Spam: do not create unsolicited, random advertising, chain letters, or content meant to promote unsolicited, spammy services.
Illegal activities promotion such as drugs, sex work, unregulated gambling

Malware: do not create content that contains (or incites the installation) viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or any content intended to disrupt, damage, or jeopardize the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, nor obtain unauthorized access to data or third-party personal information.

Violence incitation: avoid any type of content that celebrates or encourages violence, suffering, humiliation of others, or self-harm.

Adult content: avoid content meant to arouse sexual excitement, sexual activity, or promote sexual services of any kind.

Misinformation: do not create content meant to misinform, distort facts, or spread fake news.

Violating privacy or infringing on any proprietary rights.

3rd Parties

As a data connector provider, Qrar connects to other web applications’ data sources and brings them to data visualization and Business Intelligence tools. As such, Qrar is not accountable or responsible for any leakage or bug caused due to an error from those 3rd parties, in any of those ends. Qrar shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Connectors are meant to only access the data only after users’ consent while signing up, but the company never stores such data without consent. 

Qrar may collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for user management and contact details purposes. 

Qrar does not share such PII with 3rd parties unless its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies,  or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. 

Data Ownership

As a data connector provider (or data integrator), Qrar doesn’t own the data from any data source. Nor, do Qrar personnel have any access to the data provided by data sources, unless customers explicitly give such permission. 

Third-party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include 3rd-party products or services on our website. 
We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities these sites provide, as they have separate privacy policies and terms of use.  

However, we will put our best effort into ensuring we’re linking trustworthy and reputable information from other websites. 

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service relies on a set of 3rd parties. As such, we cannot warrant our service will be complete, accurate, reliable, timely, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. You understand that you’re using Qrar at your discretion and risk.

Qrar hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness or particular purpose an non-infringement.Yet, Qrar will make its best effort to serve the product it’s promoting with the standard quality of reputable providers.
